Abstract
⺠Carbon intensities and contents of trade by commodity and region using GTAP 7. ⺠Net carbon exports: industrialized region â15%, developing region 12%, China 24%. ⺠CGE analysis of carbon tariffs based on our carbon intensities. ⺠The tariffs make China worse off than climate policy and are ambiguous for the developing region. ⺠They have a small impact on reducing global emissions.
