Abstract
⺠This paper evaluates distribution robustness by defining a notion of network entropy. ⺠The disruption impacts on individual node are evaluated by a failure spreading model. ⺠The robustness of the U.S. natural gas distribution network is studied. ⺠Results reveal pipeline bottlenecks, the node rank, and potential storage locations. ⺠Possible strategies for mitigating the impacts of supply disruptions are discussed.
