Abstract
⺠We model distributional impacts of energy efficiency and conservation policies. ⺠We use our model to study the impacts of Pennsylvania act 129. ⺠We estimate $235 million in annual savings for PA and $275 million for PJM. ⺠The prices decrease in most of the zones but the impacts are not uniform. ⺠The influence of coal on electricity prices increases relative to natural gas.
