Abstract
⺠Housing stock energy model was developed for end-uses outside of heating for UK context. ⺠This entailed changes to the building energy model that serves as the bottom of the stock model. ⺠The model is adaptable to reflect rapid changes in consumption between major housing surveys. ⺠Verification was done against aggregated consumption data and for the first time uses a measured size of the housing stock. ⺠The verification process revealed spatial variations in consumption patterns for future research.
