Abstract
⺠The widest energy security concept includes all risks that are caused by or have an impact on the energy supply chain. ⺠Authors narrow this down by choosing different risk sources, impact measures and subjective severity filters in their definitions. ⺠The selection of conceptual boundaries determines outcome of quantitative studies.
