Abstract
⺠We model the decision to invest in energy saving renovations and dynamics of the housing stock. ⺠We model and estimate the energy consumption and GHG emissions. ⺠We study the impact of current environmental public policy measures ⺠We simulate different public policies to reach the French objectives ⺠Results show that current policies are effective but not sufficient.
