Abstract
⺠We propose a systems approach to overcome energy efficiency barriers. ⺠Barriers are grouped into Motivation, Capability, Implementation and Results. ⺠Case study shows that there is a feedback loop from Results to Motivation. ⺠Current Results will affect future Motivation. ⺠Overall energy efficiency is only as strong as the weakest link between the stages.
