Abstract
⺠Economic analysis of onshore wind energy potential of Turkey is done. ⺠NPV and LCE are calculated for different wind speeds. ⺠Only onshore wind projects having a wind speed of 7.5 m/s and over are feasible. ⺠The potential of wind energy of the sites returning positive NPV is 13,260 MW. ⺠To utilize the remaining potential of more than 100 GW the feed-in tariff should be increased.
