Abstract
⺠Reports opinions and experiences of members of Carbon Rationing Action Groups (CRAGs). ⺠Many interviewees have made significant reductions to their carbon footprint. ⺠CRAGs offer insights into individuals' experiences of living with a carbon allowance. ⺠Most CRAGs involve highly motivated individuals and avoid trading. ⺠They nonetheless offer some insights into Personal Carbon Trading and other policies.
