Abstract
⺠We investigate the major energy and climate targets and actions specified in the Chinese 12th FYP. ⺠It points out FYP's implications for energy policy and global climate stabilisation. ⺠Challenges and difficulties with regard to the medium and long run climate strategies. ⺠Shift from investment and export-led to consumption led sustainable and inclusive growth model.
