Abstract
⺠A VII-HEV/PHEV framework was simulated for a midsized U.S. metropolitan area. ⺠A VII-based prediction algorithm was developed for the framework. ⺠Significant improvement in energy efficiency and emission was achieved at single vehicle level. ⺠Network analysis was conducted to show cost-effectiveness of this framework.
