- After controlling for other factors, however, economies specialized in advanced services experience the least shrinkage.
- Other factors associated with shrinkage are nearby shrinkage, rental/seasonal housing, remote workers, and large families.
- Other factors associated with less shrinkage are income, education, single/non-family homes, immigrants, and migration.
