Abstract
Results show Satisfied in all dimensions of Job Satisfaction. Significant differences (p≤.05) did exist between TR Majors and Other Majors and Male Students and Female Students within the dimension of Supervision. Significant differences (p≤.05) did exist between TR Majors and Other Majors and First Class and Repeat Enrollee within the dimension of Coworkers. Future Intent to Participate in Similar Activities was predicted (p≤.05) by the dimension of Nature of Work.
