Abstract
In this work we present a novel CMOS fully integrable interface for wide-range resistive gas sensors. The proposed circuit is able to reveal more than six decades of resistance variation and at the same time to estimate the sensor parasitic capacitance, showing high linearity and reduced percentage error between measured and theoretical results. The implementation as integrated circuit in a standard CMOS technology allows the whole interface to be considered a simple and low-cost solution for wide-range resistive sensor arrays.
