Abstract
Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) sensing characteristics of nanoparticles of Pd or Au-impregnated 5 wt% La3+–In2O3 have been examined. Compared to Au, Pd modified 5.0 wt% La3+-doped In2O3 is more sensitive to H2S. The composition In2O3:5.0 wt% La3+/Pd (0.5 wt%) exhibits the highest response to 50 ppm H2S, with excellent selectivity at 100 °C.
