Abstract
A novel mesoporous rhombus-shaped ZnO rod arrays based gas sensor has been successfully fabricated via a facile fluorine-mediated hydrothermal synthesis approach. The grain size, specific surface area, porous structure and the amount of interstitial oxygen affect the gas-sensing performance.
