Abstract
An enzyme system logically processing multiple biochemical signals and transducing the final output in the form of luminescent light emission was developed. The logic network was examined for the stable error-free biochemical information processing. The model system allowed clear distinguishing logic YES and NO output signals upon application of 16 combinations of different input signal patterns. The system represents a model of a multi-signal biosensor with logically processed biochemical signals and a fluorescent output.
