Abstract
-If a review has only one author or search only one database, then it loses attributes of being systematic.-Reviews with only one author or only one database search, which are submitted to journals and claim to be systematic reviews, should be either rejected by the editors or required to change the study label into a plain review.-Editors, peer reviewers, and users of scientific literature should be aware of this serious flaw that can exist in the literature.-Authors of overviews of systematic reviews should exclude such studies from consideration.
