Abstract
- Diazonium chemistry is used to create diazonized electrode surfaces which can be employed in DNA sensing.
- Terminal amino groups were used to covalently immobilize single stranded DNA capture probes.
- The ability of the resulting biosensors to recognize real PCR amplified DNA with more than 120 nucleotides was described.
