Abstract
- CE-ESI-MS with a sheath liquid interface was implemented for intact proteins analysis.
- Effect of experimental parameters on protein charge-state distribution was studied.
- The BGE pH played an important role in protein electrospray ionization.
- In-spray supercharging modified the protein charge-state distribution.
- Supercharging reagents had no deleterious impact on the CE performance.
