Abstract
Different types of zeolite films (mordenite, zeolite Y, ETS-10) have been grown as coatings on the walls of stainless steel microreactors by seeded hydrothermal synthesis. The synthesis procedures developed led to a highly reproducible formation of zeolite films, with good adherence to the support. The seeding and growth procedures are described, and the methods to obtain a homogeneous zeolite growth along the channels, with good crystal accessibility are discussed.
