Abstract
⺠Simple, inexpensive, yet fit for purpose. ⺠Improved the efficiency and turnaround time (a full pH study within 2 days). ⺠Reduced the sample requirement (low mg level). ⺠Kinetic estimate may automatically be achieved during the pH stability study without a separate, time consuming kinetic study. ⺠Simplified the drug product pH stress workflow by the use of ICE in combination with filter vials.
