Abstract
⺠We demonstrate a sensor for decanol, a vapour released by E. coli bacteria. ⺠Highly sensitive detection of 112 ppb decanol vapour is achieved. ⺠Sensitivity can be significantly enhanced by cooling to near 0 °C. ⺠These sensors show a good recovery process.
