Abstract
0.5Ca0.6La0.267TiO3-0.5Ca(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 ceramics were successfully prepared by a reaction-sintering process. Fine microwave dielectric properties of εr = 56.4, Q × f = 48,550 GHz and τf = +8.7 ppm/°C for 5CLT-5CMN ceramics with high density sintered at 1400 °C for 4 h were obtained.125
