Abstract
294NaNbO3 nanorods and Ag decorated NaNbO3 nanorods have been successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method and facile chemical solution method respectively. Compared to NaNbO3, Ag decorated NaNbO3 nanorods exhibited â¼4 fold increment in the photocurrent density. The enhancement in Ag decorated NaNbO3 nanorods as compared to NaNbO3 nanorods is attributed to the charge separation and visible light sensitization due to Ag nanoparticles onto NaNbO3 nanorods.
