Abstract
The addition of WO3 significantly increases catalytic activity and stability of Pd for formic acid electrooxidation. The enhanced catalytic property arises from the uniform dispersion of Pd with less particle sizes on the WO3/C support, metal-support interaction between Pd nanoparticles and WO3, and the hydrogen spillover effect on the WO3 surface.146
