In the present paper, the synthesis and structure determination of the all silica zeolite named Mu-26 is reported. This material with the STF-framework topology was obtained by hydrothermal synthesis in the presence of (6R,10S)-6,10-dimethyl-5-azonia-spiro[4.5]decane as organic structure-directing agent using the fluoride route. Its structure was determined from powder X-ray diffraction data with the help of the NMR results. It was unambiguously shown that the symmetry of the as-synthesised solid is triclinic, space group P1, with the following unit-cell parameters: a = 11.32088(26) Å, b = 11.43343(26) Å, c = 7.40260(16) Å, α = 96.4342(13)°, β = 94.3124(13)° and γ = 104.6294(11)°. This material was also characterised by elemental and thermal analyses, SEM, 19F, 29Si MAS NMR and 19F–29Si CP MAS NMR spectroscopy.
