Abstract
Mn2O3-TiO2 composite thin film having band gap of 2.75 eV and photocurrent density of 1.3 mA/cm2 at 0.7 V have been deposited from a solution of precursor [Mn2Ti(μ3âO) (TFA)6 (THF)3] by AACVD.319
