Abstract
⺠ZnS/ZnO shell/core nanorod arrays were prepared via sulfidization following hydrothermal process. ⺠The morphologies and structures of the composite heterojunction are characterized; especially the energy band alignment. ⺠The type II band alignment helps improve the PEC performance.
