Abstract
⺠Four kinds of PtNi/C bimetallic catalysts were prepared by electroless plating. ⺠Their catalytic activities were compared for HI decomposition at 400 and 500 °C. ⺠Their differences in structure, surface area and morphology were characterized. ⺠The PtNi/C bimetallic catalysts showed better activity than the Pt/C at 500 °C. ⺠The PtNi/C bimetallic catalysts had good stability in HI decomposition.
