Abstract
⺠Solids content is a critical factor in controlling the rheology of SOFC anode screen-printing inks. ⺠Ink viscosity, thixotropic properties and particle network strength increase with increasing solids content. ⺠The improved particle network strength within the inks was determined critical to optimize film properties. ⺠Inks having 28-30 vol% solids were determined optimum for SOFC anode fabrication.
