Abstract
⺠H2 and CH4 were produced in two stage UASB reactor system at 70 °C. ⺠Extreme thermophilic micro-organisms can also be found in mesophilic environments. ⺠Hydrogen yield was 0.73 mol/mol glucoseadded. ⺠Methane yield was 117.5 ml/g CODadded.
