Abstract
⺠A two-phase and transient model for dead-ended anode fuel cell has been developed. ⺠Lifetime simulation is performed on a DEA cell with the effect of carbon corrosion. ⺠A target range of purge interval is defined in which the maximum efficiency lies. âºÂ Optimization of purge interval and cycle duration increases lifetime efficiency.
