Abstract
⺠Coke formation predominates over SR at high temperature. ⺠In OSR, steam/carbon and oxygen/carbon molar ratios are key parameters. ⺠Increase in steam/carbon molar ratio cannot completely inhibit coke formation. ⺠During reforming Pt catalyst deactivates due to coke formation. ⺠Nearly complete regeneration of Pt catalyst was possible by blowing at 1173 K.
