Abstract
⺠HGMs with high diffusivity have been produced for hydrogen storage. ⺠The ultimate concentration of SiO2 in the resulting HGMs can be up to 95%. ⺠The preferred contents of alkali oxides range from 15% to 20% in gel particles. ⺠The high diffusivity HGMs can be diffusively filled with H2 lower than 150 °C.
