Abstract
⺠RuO2 was cathodically deposited on the stainless steel at various conditions. ⺠The RuO2-deposition on stainless steel shows hydrophobic characteristics. ⺠The RuO2-deposition on stainless steel decreases the ICR value. ⺠The RuO2-deposition is a feasible method for the bipolar plate material.
