Abstract
⺠Pt/TiO2/MWCNTs composites were synthesized by a simple sol-gel method. ⺠Their electrical and H2 sensing characteristics were investigated. ⺠Pt/TiO2/MWCNTs composite films were sensitive to H2 in nitrogen even at RT. ⺠A “spill-over” mechanism has been proposed to explain the hydrogen sensing on these sensors.
