Abstract
⺠Al improved the alloy cyclic stability. ⺠Addition of B reduced the alloy capacity retention rate. ⺠Pd improved both the initial discharge capacity and cyclic stability of the alloy. ⺠Fe increased the corrosion resistance without degrading the capacity retention rate. ⺠The hydroxide barrier layer in the presence of Al was predicted to be more porous.
