Abstract
Cytotoxicity of the CdTe, CdTe/ZnO, CdTeSe, CdTeSe/ZnO and CdSe/ZnS QDs against MCF-7 epithelial breast cancer was evaluated when alone or when linked to zinc tetracarboxyphenoxy phthalocyanine. The toxicity of QDs decreased in the presence of the phthalocyanine.76
