Abstract
A Pd(II) complex of the pyrene-based ligand was synthesized and characterized. Although this complex shows the nearly identical crystal structure with that of Pt complex, the Kohn-Sham orbitals containing d-orbital coefficient were stabilized and the resultant blue-shift in absorption spectrum was observed.74
