Abstract
A systematic study was carried out to understand the complexation of a diglycolamide functionalized task-specific ionic liquid (DGA-TSIL) and its molecular analogue, (tetraoctyldiglycolamide) TODGA with the uranyl ion by cyclic voltammetry, solvent extraction and UV-Vis spectroscopy.43
