Abstract
Binuclear Cu(I) bis(salicylidene)hydrazone complexes (1-4) bearing PPh3 coligand were synthesized and characterized. Single crystal XRD analysis of 2 suggests a tetrahedral geometry around each Cu(I) center. The new complexes have been proved to be efficient catalysts for the N-alkylation of amines using alcohols.
