Abstract
Imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-2-ylacetic acid (HL) and four ML2(H2O)2·2H2O (M = Ni, Co, Mn, Cd) complexes formed by its anion were synthesized and subjected to single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermal investigations and Hirshfeld surface analysis. Magnetic properties and NIR-Vis-UV spectra of selected representatives are discussed.
