Abstract
In this work, a uranyl phosphonate [BTEA]2[(UO2)2(1,3-pbpH2)2F2] (1) (1,3-pbpâ¯=â¯1,3-phenylenebis(phosphonic acid), BTEAâ¯=â¯benzyltriethylammonium cation) has been synthesized hydrothermally and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, showing one-dimensional chain structure of uranium phosphonate which is isolated by BTEA cations and achieve three-dimensional supramolecular architecture by non-covalent interactions. In addition, powder X-ray diffraction, thermal stability, UV absorption, temperature dependent fluorescence, Infrared, and Raman spectroscopies have been performed.
