Abstract
Crystal structures of ligands (HL) and complex [NiIIL2] have been explored. Ligands have Ï-acidic and Ï-basic moieties that are instrumental for noncovalent Ï-Ï stacking in the ligands and lone-pair (lp)-Ï interactions in the Ni(II) complex structures for their assemblies.440
