Abstract
Synthesis, molecular structures and comprehensive study of new pentacoordinated bis-o-iminosemiquinonato derivatives of MnIII and FeIII is reported. The observed magnetic behavior of complexes is characteristic for a strong antiferromagnetic interaction between unpaired electrons of metal ion and o-iminosemiquinonate radicals. The phenomenon of temperature-dependent spin-crossover (SFeâ¯=â¯5/2 â SFeâ¯=â¯3/2) for iron(III) compound was observed.132
