Abstract
A triphenylamine derivative (IPTPA) was firstly synthesized with A-Ï-D-Ï-A structure. The fluorescence spectra showed that IPTPA is highly selective and sensitive to Ag+ with a lower detection limit of 3.97â¯nmoL/L. A 1:1 complex ratio of IPTPA-Ag (A-Ï-D-Ï-D) effectively increased the fluorescence. Moreover, the feasibility of IPTPA for detecting intracellular Ag+ was successfully realized by the fluorescence imaging experiments.196
