Abstract
A novel phenoxy bridged binuclear copper(II) complex of salicyldehyde-N(4)-phenylsemicarbazone was synthesized and characterized. The copper centers in the complex have octahedral and square pyramidal geometries. Asymmetric unit of the copper complex, [Cu2(HL)2(NO3)(H2O)2]NO3 along with atom numbering scheme (hydrogen atoms are omitted for clarity) is shown.255
