Abstract
												Three gallium complexes bearing 9-anthraldehyde thiosemicarbazones have been synthesized. The three complexes displayed good cytotoxic profiles against two human colon cancer cell lines, HCT-116 and Caco-2. All three complexes bind strongly to DNA via non-classical intercalation and also bind strongly to human serum albumin. Computational docking studies show the complexes bind in the major grove of DNA.342
