Abstract
In K2Bi(IO3)4Cl structure, the BiO7 polyhedra are connected by the I(1) atoms and I(2) atoms to form infinite â[Bi(IO3)5] W-type chain structure extended along the c-axis. And the W-type chains are connected by I(2) atom to form the infinite â[Bi(IO3)4] layer along the (1Â 0Â 0) plane.
